Join the Corning City Democratic Committee in our

Annual Fall Fundraiser 2021

 

You are cordially invited to join us in celebrating our 2021 candidates for local office on

October 14th from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Corning Radisson.

 

This event will be held both in person and virtually. The suggested donation to attend is $45 each in-person, and $45 a household to zoom into the event. Those in person will be able to enjoy delicious complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar; those joining us virtually will have a bottle of wine (red or white) delivered to them before the event.

 

Candidates to speak:

• Bill Boland, Incumbent Mayor of Corning

• Diane Telehany, Incumbent City Councilperson representing the 1st Ward

• Brent Pryslopski, running for City Council to represent the 3rd Ward

• Hilda Lando, Incumbent Steuben County Legislator from District 2, representing the City of Corning

 

Other speakers scheduled to participate:

• Shawn Hogan, Steuben County Democratic Chair

• Guest speakers - To Be Announced

 

The winner of the first Joseph R. Welch Unity Award will be announced at this event.

 

For in-person attendees, we must follow the Covid protocol from NYS - please bring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within the previous 3 days and all present will wear a mask unless eating or drinking.

 

For those joining us on zoom, you will be sent a link once you have registered.

 

Please RSVP by October 7th. If you aren’t able to join us, please consider making a donation, which will go towards helping us elect Democrats to office.
